La cucina a vista di un ristorantino dove ci siamo fermati a mangiare durante un lungo trasferimento .. Stanno preparando i tibbs che assieme all' injera costituiscono il piatto nazionale etiope. I tibs sono dei piccoli pezzetti di carne ( quasi sempre ovino ) saltati con cipolla, eventualmente altre verdure, e qualche spezia.. Etiopia gennaio 2011 Domani si parte ! e da dopo domani, volenti o nolenti, sia l' injera che i tibs faranno parte del nostro quotidiano per 2 settimane...
