I was reading the previous comments to find other "sheep" and one of them spoke of crushed grass ... in fact on the color I really like the colors and the light at that point ... while the second view in the background I think is very nice because it gives a good idea of ??the cold and everything is still frozen and creates a nice atmosphere.

Did you mean the criticism and I think you've had. Personally, however, I would like to tell you that I like the image as it is. The result is like so many sheep grazing on this grass in a landscape where the color is barely perceptible. I hope not to disappoint you when I say that I like it!

Oh Joseph, you do not ever disappoint me, I figured it is always a nice change from a person so sensitive to the natura..quello that still amazes me to this forum which also images that gave almost dead, sometimes they still manage to arouse some interest and this makes me very happy.
Thanks
Simone

Hello Simon, I'm intruding too in the discussion of this release xchè is very interesting and I find it useful. The first consideration: xchè shooting attracts me? The main advantage is the depth of composition and lines that lead the eye towards that hint of the top of the ridge. But the real attraction is due to the roundness of the piles of snow, of which we are particularly attracted to mammals! It's not a joke but a serious matter, which is derived from natural selection in the millennia that allowed the pups born "round" to survive more than the other xchè attracted more attention and affection from their parents (all puppies are like balls ) ... not for nothing that the comparison with the sheep that keep these features thanks to the wool (shorn from no one sees). Other examples arecurves curvy women or animals, big eyes and round the cartoon characters, the big heads and round faces of small children or chubby, curves of the body of the horse ...
Second consideration: I like much more the NL version ... xchè? The trip is divided into three areas: the sky, the mountains, the lower part with the snow. In the color version of each goes by itself and binds poorly with the other. The montanga is leggibibe little too uniform and lacking in contrast in low light azzurina cold (create a line of division / barrier between the sky and the snow). The sky has a warm yellowish light that deviates too much from the coldest temperature of the part under the snow. This creates just three portions that are struggling to bond. Looking at the NL version, the improved contrast of the mountain area adapts to the light / dark the other two areas, avoiding the effect of barierra ofvision and gives more uniform. Greater uniformity that also comes from the lack of different temperature air / snow thanks to the BN. So the result is a clear picture that is easily readable and viable-looking, with volume and texture that make it an interesting shot. I was a little twisted;-), but I think I explained! My "like" then x is the NL version:-)
Let me know if you seem to just shit !!! :-D
:-D:-D

I'm happy! :-):-):-)
It 'also served me reason about it, winning the sloth (my neurons tend to go to energy saving) ... just like when we drive by activating what I call the "motorways of the brain" (or autopilot) that make us turn unconsciously in the streets that we frequent the most, even when we had to go the other way. About the brain ... I can think of a good book (if a little staid and challenging) that is visual and the perception of them by the observer. It's called "Art and the brain," the authors Adriana Fiorentini and L. Maffei, Freeman Publisher. I read it a long time ago and I remember he had some interesting;-)
Greetings to future moments of lucidity! :-)

I'm afraid that the book of Richard Henry in your hand could be a weapon of mass destruction so please do not look for it either:-D
