. Un caro saluto, ciao.

Very good, for the gesture of respecting them, they also have a fundamental role in Nature.
And to know how to handle them.
Greetings.

Those who meet snakes live 100 years, those who don't live longer :-D
Only applause my friend

I fully agree with your caption, to me if they are not poisonous they do not scare me and I find them very fascinating.
Some time ago I found an Austrian coronella in the garden of my house in the mountains, I took a couple of shots of it and then I moved it to the adjacent field with my neighbors telling me to kill it because it could be a viper.
Balla photos, well done and congratulations

Yes, the coronella is a harmless snake that should not be killed as well as the viper that for the most part is very shy, it becomes dangerous only if it freaks out this can happen on very hot days..... . THANK YOU friends Juzzini for the KIND passage and also for the time you dedicated to this shot, THANK YOU also for the beautiful words you always write. HELLO, happy Sunday.

Wow John, nice portrait with a snake ! To me, don't care, all things that crawl are scary, so, as harmless as it is, I would stay very :-D
Best regards ;-)

True sensitivity towards Nature is not only expressed by respecting the tender cubs but, above all, when this respect is also extended to those species such as spiders, snakes and the like that do not match the canons of beauty that we have imposed on ourselves. I did not doubt that it was abundantly present in you.
Greetings
GG

A shot that reminds me of the tradition of snake catchers that exists here in my area in Cocullo (AQ), where thousands of people carry snakes in procession. One of the most famous traditions among photographers who come from all over the world to capture these moments. I would see you well in the midst of them in the double role of photographer and snake. :-)
