La preparazione gastronomica qui visibile è di mia fattura ed ha un' aspetto molto casalingo... senza pretese... ma è veramente molto molto buona. Loris Ghermandi e la sua inseparabile moglie Morena... una bravissima cuoca... hanno gestito per diversi decenni una piccola trattoria... con annessa drogheria... sita nella frazione di Castel Maggiore denominata Boschetto... nella campagna bolognese e a pochissimi metri dall'argine destro del fiume Reno. Vi si potevano gustare delle buonissime tagliatelle all' uovo fatte in casa condite con il ragù alla bolognese, delle eccellenti lasagne al forno e dell' ottima carne cotta sulla griglia che... nei mesi estivi... la loro degustazione poteva anche avvenire... se lo si desiderava... all'ombra di alcuni enormi alberi di ciliege... perennemente visitati da tantissimi piccoli e piacevolissimi pennuti canterini... continuamente osservati dalla gatta di casa che... a quanto mi risulta... non sia mai riuscita ad acchiapparne uno. Nei mesi freddi erano rinomati il baccalà fritto, le aringhe e gli squisiti dolci preparati da Morena fra i quali sono da ricordare la golosa zuppa inglese, l' ottima torta di riso e pure la prelibata torta con mele renette raccolte dall' albero che si trovava nell'orto. Questo tipo di mele è visibile anche su alberelli cespugliformi che nascono e crescono spontaneamente... ma sempre più raramente... lungo alcuni tratti degli argini del fiume Reno. Loris insaccava della prelibatissima salsiccia mentre nei soli mesi invernali preparava insuperabili cotechini e pure sfiziosi salami... sia normali che all' aglio. L' attività... denominata "Al Boschetto"... è stata chiusa definitivamente a metà del 2021 per raggiunti limiti di età. (c) lucianoserra.d
