Beautiful shot, unfortunately the drought causes so many problems to the animals and they have to find new methods to survive
Again congratulations, hello

Beautiful image. The martin inspires semre sympathy, ache quessto, crouched in the mud.
I don't know anything about their behavior. Your theory and reconstruction turns out, however, very likely.
Congratulations, greetings to both. Dear Sakuti
Sergio

Adaptation, I think you're right in exposing this particular scene you witnessed. Bravo and passionate as always in proposing an excellent and particular shot and to draw deductions that seem logical and necessary ;-)
A big greeting.

I am inclined to believe that it is as you say, this torrid summer I have often been on the flight path of a wood pigeon that was going back and forth between nest and pasture area, and I have seen it return three times to the nest with its chest soaked in water. Your photo is beautiful and perfect. As soon as possible I will put the photo of said Colombaccio to show you.
