Se avessi potuto scegliere, avrei voluto il sole vicino al primo terzo a sinistra, circa dove inizia il rivolo... Dovendomi adattare alla realtà della scena ci ho davvero pensato un po' prima di comporre, perchè la posizione del sole non era ottimale, come giustamente hai osservato. Avevo provato anche un taglio verticale, che mi piace e utilizzo molto, ma si perdeva un po' quel senso di ampiezza e spazio della spiaggia, con le sue complesse texture. Rifilare ulteriormente a destra per favorire il sole sbilancerebbe troppo la composizione secondo me e ridurrebbe ulteriormente le ondulazioni della sabbia che sono molto belle con la luce radente in quella zona.
Insomma, per il mio modo di vedere (che ovviamente non è un dogma, ma una questione di sensibilità personale) non vedo molte alternative, se non, come mi ha proposto un amico, puntare su un formato quadrato che parta dal lato destro e riequilibri così la parte sinistra, centrando il rivolo...
