Great!!! Even for the objective difficulties of the shot certainly unconventional. For me it's worth an EP. See. Very good Manlio.
Bye gios ;-)

Beautiful photo to see, with subjects usually less popular; the rendering of the details and colors of the flower, bedbug and wasp head are excellent; this photo led me to inquire about the number of wing shots per second of these insects; I found about 250 times per second (hence also the characteristic sound); with this I am led to think that the poor definition of the wings of the wasp depends only on their position (that is, they are a little too far beyond the very precise point of focus), rather than on their "moved", since 1/3200 of a second, at least in theory, should have allowed to photograph them still: the author Mantor what do you think?

Hello Merak, I checked the raw to see if then in pp has shaded a little the wings, what I notice is a slight move to the shot and a normal out of focus of the wings but the overall vision of the wings is almost equal to the final jpeg.
The final jpeg is a result of a strong crop, about 180% more than the original, being the noise very visible with that crop I used Topaz to lower it and of course it also softened the whole image stood the wings.
The end result should be the best compromise between noise and blurry, I remember that I worked on it enough :-)
Hello and thank you for your comments and I agree
A cordial greeting, Manlio

Thank you Manlio for the detailed answer: yes, ultimately the wings are only beyond the fire; I look at the images on a screen of 40x60 cm, noise in your photo I do not even see the shadow, so the work you have done, given the crop you declared, is really of excellent quality. I don't know your Topaz software, having Linux and only compatible software, but judging by the results it does excellent things; hello, giancarlo
