Scusa Michela se mi dilungo in un ragionamento sui paesaggi, magari sarà oggetto di un post nel forum generale.
Normalmente quando scatto foto di paesaggi non sono mai soddisfatto perché quello che vedo é sempre più bello di quello che riesco a riprendere.
Tranne quando sono in un brutto posto cosicché isolando un particolare riesco a far uscire il bello.
Faccio un esempio....sono andato in Egitto ed ho fotografato le Piramidi in ogni condizione di luce ed angolazione. Quando ho visto le foto nessuna minimamente poteva paragonarsi a quello che avevano visto i miei occhi (forse c'erano anche sensazioni ed emozioni che poi nella foto non si provano più).
Comunque sono addivenuto ad una conclusione, cioé che le foto più belle sono quelle dei luoghi non prorprio bellissimi.
Tu mi dai conforto in questo? Per esempio questo posto che hai fotografato in Carinzia che dalla foto mi sembra bellissimo dal vivo é ancora più bello?

Coming to your interesting question, I think that there is no single answer.
From the bottom:-D on my experience I can only share with you some of my very personal considerations.
It 'happened to me in some of my travels to make shots to monuments and sights that literally leave you breathless and then returned home, not to be absolutely satisfied with the result :-( I think sometimes it is difficult to best reflect the beauty of a place and, as you say, especially if that place has given us intense emotions. You are not ever satisfied because the shot does not seem to do justice to what our eyes (but not only ;-)) perceived in reality9 of fond of shots maybe technically imperfect but that recall to my memory the feelings I felt when I used to click. When you can also transfer to the viewer of our emotions .... I think it's the greatest satisfaction possible.
The lake of Carinthia you see photographed here, in particular light situations, is waaay more beautiful than you see in my photos. The moment I took, as I wrote, the light was bad, what I tried to do in PP was to bring to light its beauty. The photo I had "seen" in passing cars and I was impressed reflections.
I do not think I've responded to the end and I apologize! Certainly in May when I'm in Mexico I have the same embarrassment in your other pictures, but still, pyramids probably overwhelmed byto their beauty :-)

Venendo al tuo interessante quesito, credo che non esista una risposta univoca.
Dal basso della mia esperienza posso solo condividere con te alcune mie personalissime considerazioni.
E' capitato anche a me in alcuni dei miei viaggi di fare scatti a monumenti e bellezze che letteralmente lasciano senza fiato e poi, tornata a casa, non essere assolutamente soddisfatta del risultato Credo che a volte sia difficile riportare fedelmente la bellezza di un luogo e, proprio come dici tu, soprattutto se quel luogo ci ha donato emozioni intense. Non si é mai soddisfatti perché lo scatto sembra non rendere giustizia a ciò che i nostri occhi (ma non solo) hanno percepito nella realtà.
Ho però imparato che già mentre scatto devo cercare di condensare in quella "finestrella" alcuni elementi che estratti dal contesto possano da soli rievocarmi un'emozione e dunque cerco di individuare particolari e pdr che da soli riescano a riportare parte di quella bellezza così difficile da cogliere nella sua interezza.
Ci riesco? A volte si, tante altre no!
Certo uno scatto ben riuscito di un luogo apparentemente senza attrattiva da maggiore soddisfazione perché sappiamo intravedere e portare alla luce una bellezza nascosta che in qualche modo solo la nostra sensibilità ha colto.
Insomma Vincenzo, il diaframma giusto per ogni scatto resta la nostra personale sensibilità, il sentire e vedere non solo con gli occhi. Il guardare le cose.
Ecco perché a volte succede (almeno a me!) di affezionarmi a scatti magari tecnicamente imperfetti ma che richiamano alla mia memoria le sensazioni che provavo nel momento in cui facevo click. Quando si riesce a trasferire anche a chi guarda parte delle nostre emozioni....credo sia la più grande soddisfazione possibile.
Il lago della Carinzia che vedi qui fotografato, in particolari situazioni di luce, é mooolto più bello di come lo vedi nella mia foto. Nel momento in cui ho scattato, come ho scritto, la luminosità era pessima; quello che ho cercato di fare in PP é stato riportare alla luce la sua bellezza. La foto l'avevo "vista" passando in auto e mi avevano colpito i riflessi.
Non credo di averti risposto sino in fondo e ti chiedo scusa! Di certo a maggio quando sarò in Messico avrò il tuo stesso imbarazzo nel fotografare altre, ma pur sempre, piramidi probabilmente sopraffatta dalla loro bellezza
