Grazzano Visconti è un piccolo borgo emiliano del comune di Vigolzone, in provincia di Piacenza. Seppur molto piccolo si è reso famoso nel tempo per il suo affascinante castello e per tutte le costruzioni che compongono questo borgo, in perfetto stile neo-medievale, con raffinato gusto scenografico e grande ricercatezza nei particolari e nelle decorazioni. Non esistono documenti chiari o atti notarili che possano attestare una data ben precisa sulla nascita della contrada. Certo invece è il legame di Grazzano con la nobile famiglia milanese dei Visconti,rappresentati nei loro stemmi dall'inconfondibile “Biscione”. L'idea di ricostruire intorno al Castello medievale l'antico borgo, venne intorno al 1900 a Giuseppe Visconti che, incaricò l'architetto Alfredo Campanini che con grande abilità trasformò un insignificante agglomerato di case rurali in un suggestivo borgo medievale. E passeggiando fra questi vicoli, troviamo l'Oratorio di tutte le Grazie (che vedete nella foto), graziosa cappelletta ideata dal conte Giuseppe Visconti di Modrone. Costruita fra il 1905 e il 1910, fino al 1970 è stata affidata alla cura delle suore canossiane che gestivano anche l'attiguo asilo. Nella facciata a capanna si inseriscono elementi dell'arte romanica e gotica (forma della facciata, rosone, e sculture sul portale) ed elementi neomedievali che la integrano perfettamente al contesto. Da ammirare il portone in legno intagliato in tipico stile grazzanese, riconoscibile dall`intaglio profondo, rappresenta la Madonna in trono con Gesù bambino tra gli angeli, e l`Annunciazione. Nell'interno, riccamente decorato, la parte presbiteriale è divisa dal resto della Chiesa da una cancellata in ferro battuto prodotta dai primi fabbri ferrai del borgo.
