Dal Belvedere di Serrana Fontana, vista sul territorio che si estende dalla vetta del Monte Epomeo sino al promontorio di Sant'Angelo, sul mare lungo la dorsale sud dell'isola di Ischia. Nel Comune si trovano: Sant'Angelo, antico borgo marinaro, oggi salotto elegante dell'isola. Caratteristica è la “spiaggia calda” o “fumarole”, da dove si sprigionano i vapori del vulcano ed il vallone di “Cava scura” con le antiche terme romane, le cui acque hanno eccezionali proprietà terapeutiche. Succhivo si trova tra Sant'Angelo e le pendici del colle su cui si erge Serrara. Ciglio (da ciglio-sporgenza). Esistono in zona antiche abitazioni ricavate in giganteschi massi di tufo verde, tipico del Monte Epomeo. Serrara (da serra-chiusura, per la sua posizione strategica a circa 350 metri sul livello del mare. Costituì per le popolazioni locali un rifugio sicuro dalle incursioni nemiche) di spiccata vocazione contadina, caratteristico è il belvedere dal quale si gode un magnifico panorama che abbraccia tutta la valle sottostante con Sant'Angelo e Succhivo, fino all'orizzonte col Golfo di Napoli, Capri e le isole Pontine. Calimera e Noia sono i due borghi più antichi in cui sono stati fatti ritrovamenti di graniti e tegole risalenti al VII secolo a.C. e dove è possibile trovare diverse tipologie dell'habitat contadino passato. Caratteristica è la zona de “i Pizzi bianchi”, così chiamata per la presenza di guglie bianche formate dall'erosione pluviale del costone. Fontana ( da fonte per la presenza di numerose sorgenti, intorno alle quali si formarono i primi casali) è la frazione più alta e popolosa, anch'essa di vocazione agricola, offre al turista la possibilità di raggiungere il Monte Epomeo (787 metri) sulla cui vetta si trova una chiesetta con annesso eremo, il tutto ricavato nel tufo verde del monte.
