Filzmoos im Pongau, Land Salzburg ... agosto 2018 ... La siccità ha colpito duro nei mesi primaverili ed estivi in buona parte dei Lander austriaci, riducendo in maniera considerevole la portata dei bacini lacustri e dei corsi d'acqua altrimenti ricchissimi in questo periodo; il piccolo e idilliaco Almsee non ha fatto certo eccezione e per ottenere un riflesso decente delle torri del Bischofsmütze nelle acque non propriamente limpide del laghetto ho dovuto penare non poco; ho poi comunque superato la parziale delusione nella vicina terrazza panoramica della Hofalm, grazie ad una ricca e appetitosa porzione di kaiserschmarren, tradizionale dolce locale a base di uova, zucchero, farina, latte e burro, cotto in padella ed accompagnato con marmellata di mirtilli o mousse di mele ...
