A settembre in tutte le balere si ballava al ritmo di : "Ciao, ciao, ciao, ciao mare", dei Casadei. E chissà perché la fine dell'estate sembrava a tutti meno triste, ma aggirarsi sulla spiaggia di Loano, com'è capitato alla sottoscritta, vi assicuro, che anche ad una poco amante del gran caldo come me, mette un po' di malinconia lo spettacolo degli ombrelloni chiusi e delle sdraio e lettini da riporre. Il pensiero corre inevitabilmente alla gente che affollava questo lido, alle nuove amicizie, ai bambini che si rincorrevano sulla sabbia e in acqua. E, perché no, anche ai nuovi amori nati sotto il solleone. L'arrivo dell'autunno fa calare il sipario su tutto, fa qualche lacrimuccia negli occhi delle fanciulle che hanno trovato l'amore su questa spiaggia. Si torna a casa e il distacco fa male, ma io sono ottimista e voglio sperare che questi ragazzi continueranno la loro storia, dandosi appuntamento nelle rispettive città.
