Stavo passeggiando per Oxford street quando ho notato questa... scena. Non sono un "fotografo" capace in questo genere, tutt'altro, ma, immediatamente, ho rivisto le immagini di tante persone, giovani e meno giovani, apparentemente "connesse" con il mondo intero ma, fondamentalmente... sole. Le due ragazze sulla "diagonale", quelle due panchine così vicine tra loro ma quelle due persone così... distanti. In un attimo sono "partiti" nella mia mente i versi e le note del grande Vasco ed è nata l'idea della... foto. Chiedo scusa agli "specialisti" del genere per questa mia umile incursione. Andando contro corrente, dal momento che nella street si preferisce solitamente il b/n, ho preferito lasciare l'immagine a colori per evidenziare alcuni particolari che mi avevano "colpito" (il bicchiere e le scarpe dello stesso colore della ragazza in primo piano).
