All'interno della Riserva Naturale Orientata Cavagrande del Cassibile. Area costituita da una fenditura del tavolato calcareo ibleo dove scorre il fiume Cassibile che ha scavato valli fluviali dall'aspetto di veri e propri canyon. Lo spettacolare canyon è una gola profonda fino a 300 metri e lunga 10 Km. Le pareti del canyon sono piene di vegetazione, grotte, catacombe e plessi abitativi scavati all'interno della roccia.
