Spesso le cornici quando cedono staccano lo strato di neve anche oltre al limite del pendio. Capire quando, in che punto e perchè cedono è un pò come giocare alla roulette russa. Un caro amico, a causa della nebbia, è precipitato per ca. 500 mt. di dislivello sulla parete nord del Bishorn proprio a causa del cedimento della cornice di vetta. Fortunatamente è riuscito a fermarsi su una specie di "venatura" della parete poco prima di arrivare sul salto dei seracchi. L' hanno poi recuperato al pomeriggio con l' eleicottero ma è stata una giornata "complicata!...

Tutti ci siamo passati e tutti, me compreso , abbiamo fatto qualche caxxata...tra l' altro non sopporto proprio i soloni che predicano e pontificano !
La mia voleva solo essere una riflessione tranquilla dettata esclusivamente dall'esperienza vissuta (che mi ha per così dire reso più sensibile al problema) e quindi ho solo cercato di trasmetterti un avvertimento di cui sicuramente non hai bisogno, però, dato che certi fenomeni sono proprio subdoli (cornici, ma anche e sopratutto valanghe) ho pensato di avvertirti.
