A Notre Dame e in tutto il quartiere latino, le luci non si spengono mai, cedono solo all'alba di un nuovo giorno. Il movimento è sempre caotico, pieno di gente di tutte le etnie, turisti in cerca di souvenir, ristoranti e ristorantini, soprattutto in rue De la Huchette e Saint Séverin, che ti fanno mangiare a tutte le ore.
