Yes I can explain.
In the national parks in India that have tigers there are Elephant patrols. These patrols follow tigers that venture close to human habitations. So the local rangers are tracking on elephant. This tigress is baring her teeth at one of these elephants. In part it seems a bit cruel for the tigers to be intimidated by humans on elephants but at the same time crucial for there survival!
