I Serrai di Sottoguda sono una gola lunga circa 2 Km e larga dai 5 ai 20 metri, con altissime pareti verticali di roccia, si tratta dunque di un luogo completamente naturale e come tale questa fotografia dovrebbe senza dubbio appartenere alla galleria Paesaggio Naturale. La chiesetta di Sant'Antonio guida forzatamente questa fotografia in un luogo non conforme alla sua realtà effettiva, a questa parte di mondo alpino autentico e naturale. Mentre fuori si sentiva già presente la Primavera, in arrivo per il calendario dopo una settimana, questo era ancora saldamente il regno dell'Inverno.
