Non sono un esperto di macro ma qualche principio basilare lo conosco, se vuoi una maggiore pdc devi chiudere il diaframma di molto: F/13 - 16 - 22, questo fa si che è necessario il treppiede considerato che i tempi si allungano impostando ISO bassi. Inoltre è sempre consigliabile per una maggiore pdc mantenere un certo parallelismo tra il piano focale ed il soggetto, mentre se vuoi una maf selettiva userai diaframmi più aperti e si può provare con il mano libera. Nella foto che hai proposto avrei compreso nell'inquadratura tutto il fiore ed alzato il pdr onde evitare quello sfondo oltre le foglie che non è funzionale all'immagine.
Sono stato troppo critico? So che con l'entusiasmo che ti contraddistingue in futuro vedremo delle bellissime macro
