Molto particolare e sicuramente una foto che racchiude la storia di Venezia, a differenza di alcuni che mi hanno preceduto l'avrei vista meglio un po' più di "sbiesso" la prua della gondola perché avrebbe reso più forte la simbologia del "pettine". Infatti si riesce a notare la forma del "cappello del Doge" e l'archetto del "ponte dei sospiri" ma perdiamo i sestieri, rimane comunque un simbolo inequivocabile; quei riflessi argento-dorati ci riportano alle foglie di oro zecchino dei decoratori veneziani che hanno solcato i canali della città per arricchire e ornare oggetti delle case signorili.
