a rue Saint-Séverin è una delle più antiche strade di Parigi ', in quanto risale ai primi anni del 13 ° secolo. In un primo momento esistente solo tra la rue de la Harpe e la rue Saint-Jacques , si è successivamente estesa verso ovest dalla ex strada per unirsi alle Rue Saint-André- des Artes.Lungo questa strada, si trova Saint Julien du Pauvre, considerata la più antica chiesa di Parigi. Il ristorante Le Vieux Paris, è uno dei più antichi, da quando avevo vent'anni a oggi che ho superato i sessanta, lo frequento sempre con lo stesso entusiasmo perché, vi ritrovo i vecchi amici di una volta, per farci una bella mangiata alla faccia della dieta.
