at 16mm, 1/80 f/13.0, ISO 200, tripod.

Larches in autumn robe and freshly fallen snow is a sight for a few, I imagine the emotion felt. Composition I go in a different direction: larger would have the usual fault of the abuser of wide angles .. background too small, you only see the first floor (ice) ..piuttosto perhaps a cut that excludes the portion of ds, less colorful, would It has been preferable. But it is a detail, congratulations! ;-)

ITA in a spectacular situation (snow + colors) framed to perfection for me.
Bravissimo to seize the moment!
Too bad that the reduction has sacrificed much sharpness ...
this time I was under 400 but obviously I had to be even lower
, you mean you posted below 300 KB would be more clear?
Anyway, congratulations!

Franco, Raffaele, Brian, Lawrence, Max, Charles and Hilary, thanks. I'm glad this little corner so beautifully decorated by mother nature was to your liking. The Apennines thanks :-P

Max, in reality on the right was no less colorful but picture the bare beech trees and the most direct light blurred colors, this I had also noticed live. For the compo you too do not have a point, for me the other intended not to cut the part on the far right, in short, little stuff ...

Hilary

good question .... if I'm not mistaken this is 380/390, you should try to post it on 350, the original is both sharper than softer in detail, notI can find the square between what development (eg.) Printing and what place on the web ...

I can not find the square between what development (eg.) Printing and what place on the web ...
and it is not a problem unique to you!
I the last picture I had to send it to 2000px and 2.7 MB to see it in normal version with enough detail. : -o: -o

Thanks Marco, Marco, Willy and Eric for the welcome step.

Marco
that makes you want to go up there
maybe ... the snow was not a lot, one / two hours after the sun came out on the trees there was nothing.

good day!

Ben recovery Massimo, and a good opportunity exploited to the fullest. For technical considerations they have given authoritative opinions on the matter.

7h3 L4W, Henry, Robert, Henry once again thanks of passage and approval.

Catherine
the only solutions are down to 1000px or climb to 2400 posting high with loads connected.
you always learn something new, definitely no place in addition to low but try to reduce the long side is a possible solution.
thanks for interesting

good day to all
