at 100mm, 1/125 f/7.1, ISO 200, hand held. Rovigo, Italy.

Tanto per scherzare un po'!:-)/ The kingfisher giant, can reach one meter in height, it is a very rare species that unlike the younger brother prefers a habitat urban centers, especially the wet area of Rovigo; after numerous ambushes failed miserably finally it occurred on Porta San Bartolomeo, in its beautiful and colorful livery proudly flaunting his prey, so with great joy and disbelief I managed to immortalize to count among my pictures the mythical kingfisher. Just to joke a bit! :-)

detail too 'mixed', is perhaps a crop pushed?
I understand, given the rarity of the species you have preferred to stay at a safe distance ;-)
the compo just does not go, you should have let more air to the right, the direction in which the subject looks ... :-D :-D :-D

brilliant and witty idea, very good !!!!!
