In the course of a year it was almost four months in the Park, in different seasons, to make a story by images of these trees that have fascinated me in an extraordinary way.
Obviously the part of far more complex and difficult was the winter.
Realize my dream photo has been possible thanks to the help of so many extraordinary people of the place and also thanks to the Luminous Landscape Grants for Photographers who funded me, from the United States, most of the project.

Nel corso di un anno sono stato quasi quattro mesi nel Parco, in varie stagioni, per realizzare un racconto di immagini su questi alberi che mi hanno affascinato in un modo straordinario.
Ovviamente la parte di gran lunga più complessa e difficile è stato l'inverno.
Realizzare questo mio sogno fotografico è stato possibile grazie all'aiuto di tante straordinarie persone del luogo ed anche grazie al Luminous Landscape Grants for Photographers che mi ha finanziato, dagli Stati Uniti, buona parte del progetto.
Nei prossimi giorni pubblicherò qui altre immagini realizzate nei Pollino!

How did you work at this picture, and especially the tone, you used the d & b?
Maybe it's just me but I see different tones / colors both highlights and shadows ... I see a much warmer light / orange in the snow illuminated in the foreground in the illuminated area beneath all 'right tree.

Come hai lavorato questa foto, e sopratutto i toni, hai usato il d&b?
Forse è una mia impressione ma vedo toni/colori diversi sia nelle luci che nelle ombre... Vedo una luce molto più calda/arancione nella parte di neve illuminate in primo piano che nella zona illuminata sotto all' albero di destra.
E sempre nell' albero di destra, il "buco" tra tronco ed il grande ramo, ha una tonalità molto più ciano o sbaglio?
Resta una foto stupenda sia chiaro!!!
