Io sono un principiante, ho iniziato da circa un anno, ma un po più costantemente solamente da 6-7 mesi.. e devo dire che di sudore bisogna versarne veramente parecchio anche per scatti più semplici, posso solo immaginare quanta fatica avrai fatto per ottenere questo risultato. L'attrezzatura diciamo che una mano la da sicuramente, ma per scatti del genere sono altri gli aspetti che contano.
