This dusty region lies on the border between Perseus, Taurus and Aries. Apart the large dust nebulae (part of LDN 1450), at least three blue reflection nebula are present: the main one is NGC 1333 at right, then VdB 16 at left and VdB 13 below. Many GN nebulae lies near NGC 1333 and all over the field. Unfortunately I was able to gather too few hours of exposure because of bad weather. Note about processing: this image has been processed by Edoardo Radice with PixInsight and then refined by Lorenzo Comolli (me) with Photoshop. Thanks Edo for the collaboration! Look also at Edoardo's post on Astrobin http://www.astrobin.com/135517/ Tech data: TEC 140 apo refractor (dia=140 mm, FL=1011 mm, f/7.2), giant field flattener (90mm), SBIG STL-11000 camera at -30°C (full frame with b/w ccd sensor, 11 Mpix), 7 h total exposure, LRGB 230:70:60:60 min (single exp of 10 min), location: Capanne di Cosola (AL, Italian Apennines) at 1500 m height, 24-25 October 2014, Mount: Gemini G-41, Tracking: Lodestar on an 80mm f/5 refractor.

Congratulations, by the old astronomy enthusiast, I can only appreciate and ... astounded by this. It seems to me that you're in Genoa like me, I'd like to meet friends ... you have an e-mail?
Thanks.

Sorry to check once again that magnificent astrophotos are virtually
ignored, except when they become be glorifying EP.
Obviously for this was so.

Thank you all for the many comments and Juza for the unexpected EP !!! :-)
And it is a pleasure to share the merit of the image with Edward Root who co-developed the image.

Silvan: Live in the province of Varese, although they are often the Ligurian Apennines to observe the sky.

Great Lorenzo
A real masterpiece !!
It ''s an incredible beauty. You have impressed and powders weak nebuose blue flawlessly.
I know this piece of the sky and it is really a very difficult target. So much resilience and above processing.
Think if you could do more hours of exposure, which flushed out !!!!

... To accept, a 14 cm refractor Apochromatic (fluorite) and all the little 'stuff there, added up to much, but both handle and a lot of patience (even a little' I own:-D) ... what to say ? Fantastic, amazing, really ultra-galatticawow! Wow! ... As my Maronna Rosica:-D;-)
Congratulations and EP more than deserved;-) greetings, G.Piero

Thanks again!
@ Robywan64: I understand when you've found it difficult to write the field! I tried several times in the past, trashing the result. This time I am amazed that "only" 7h laying were enough. wow!
Lorenzo: The sensor 11k is good but far from great, if you saw how many columns death ... not to mention the quantum efficiency. Currently the sensor on what is the kaf 16803 drool! Wow! But for me it costs too much ...:-(
Patrizio: Thanks! :-)
