Hai ragione Francesco. L'unico neo è appunto il Balmaz.
Siamo stati abbastanza sfortunati perchè nella nostra settimana di soggiorno abbiamo beccato 2 matrimoni.
Avevamo la camera giusto sopra il ristorante... non abbiamo mai dormito.
Se devo fare una critica per l'hotel la faccio per questo motivo.
Anche se devo dire che son stati sempre gentilissimi e disponibili.
Il cibo l'ho trovato discreto e nelle giornate nei capanni la colazione ce la davano al sacco.
Dovrei riguardare le carte ma, a memoria, mi sembra che per 1 settimana mezza pensione in due abbiamo speso attorno ai 250 Euro.
Non siamo persone che mangiano primo secondo e dolce.
Cercavamo di scegliere piatti unici e ci siamo limitati anche con il vino.
Sinceramente non l'ho trovato particolarmente caro.
Un discorso a parte merita il vetro.
Ho potuto osservare che se la giornata è discreta e riesci a stare attorno ai 500 - 800 iso e diaframma 8 non noti alcun calo qualitativo.
Se becchi un tempo, come abbiamo trovato spesso noi durante la nostra settimana, con nubi grigie quasi nere, pioggia e pochissima luce, allora il discorso cambia.
Per non parlare poi se la pioggia cade di traverso e bagna i vetri...
Sicuramente ritornerò e di sicuro allo stesso periodo dell'anno scorso (metà-fine maggio).
Sarei curioso anche di visitare la fattoria del grande Bence...

Non saprei che dire; cercai a suo tempo in Booking cosa veniva la prenotazione alberghiera diretta ma non mi sembra si risparmiasse. Circa l'hotel, effettivamente la cucina, diversissima dalla nostra, non era male. Incuriosito, ripeto, da quanto mi hai detto al punto che mi informerò presso entrambi gli Janos, Olah e Tar. Ai tuoi prezzi ci tornerei volentieri.
p.s.: dimenticavo: assolutamente immangiabile il pranzo al sacco (puri e semplici avanzi della sera prima).
p.s. 2 ho fatto una simulazione per un soggiorno da domenica 16 a domenica 23 novembre p.v.; 672 euri a testa al Balmaz, solo 140 al Kekeres Panzio' és 'Etterem (161 in mezza pensione; come dire mangiare gratis).
