Per questo weekend di fotografia volevo allargare un pò il mio raggio d'azione e recarmi, con il mio camper, in qualche posto interessante. Tuttavia il maltempo ma, soprattutto, il forte vento mi hanno fatto restringere le opzioni, una tra le quali era rappresentata da Subiaco (RM) e, in particolare, dall'area del Lago di San Benedetto. Quello che mi si è presentato, oltre ad una forte nevicata all'inizio della mattinata, è un mondo mistico ed incantato fatto di monasteri, musei, ville romane e meraviglie della natura, il tutto in un ambiente ben tenuto, ben conservato e facilmente fruibile.
