Questo progetto ha richiesto quasi un anno di lavorazione e più di 50 mila scatti, in gran parte con due camere Nikon (D600 e D7000). Tutte le immagini sono state scattate in Abruzzo - Italia. Questo lavoro è stato mosso dalla passione, trascorrendo notti nella natura selvaggia e aspettando l'alba guardando il mare. Nonostante questo sia il lavoro di un solo uomo, io lo vedo come un'opera corale. Tantissime persone sono state coinvolte in modo diverso e sono sicuro che dimenticherò alcune di loro. Il mio ringraziamento va a Paolo De Siena - senza di lui questo lavoro non sarebbe qui, perlomeno non adesso. I miei amici che hanno trascorso giorni infiniti scattando insieme: Gianluca, Alessio e Giuseppe. Angelo per avermi aiutato a Roccascalegna (un grande ringraziamento anche alla Proloco per avermi dato la possibilità di filmare una sequenza indimenticabile). Christian e Francesco per la notte più speciale a Fara San Martino. Luca per avermi convinto a scattare a un altro trabocco. I miei fratelli e le mie sorelle per il loro aiuto e il loro apprezzamento infinito. Ugo e Ivana per aver trascorso insieme la notte più pericolosa. Andrea e Patrizia per avermi aiutato quando ne avevo davvero bisogno (Luca e Gabriella per la loro pazienza). Alessio per la sua splendida musica. Pam, Johanna e tutti i miei amici di DPChallenge ai quali ho mostrato la bellezza dell'Abruzzo. Sisto, Riccardo, Emanuela, Mauro, Nicola, Fabio e tutti gli altri amici che si sono interessati a questo progetto. Ultima, ma non meno importante, la mia famiglia, mia moglie Loredana e i miei figli Andrea e Matteo - voi sapete quanto questo progetto fosse importante per me!
