quale testa? help!!

Ciao a tutti.
Sono un novello, e volevo chiedervi un parere.
Ho una D7100, con Nikon 70/300, un Nikon 18-140, e Nikon 60mm, in procinto di prendere un 70/200 f 2.8 o tamrom o nikon.
Mi è appena arrivato il Treppiede Triopo GE-3228X8C in Carbonio.
Ora, dovrei acquistare una testa, e tenete conto che, per il momento dovrà essere universale, nel senso che dovrò usarla nel mio viaggio
di agosto per paesaggi e macro, e anche per foto astronomiche in futuro.
Vorrei un qualcosa di non troppo macchinoso, e di facile utilizzo, con la possibilità di richiudere il tutto nel trasporto, e abbastanza velocemente.
Per intenderci, vorrei una testa (più anche la piastra) che si posa richiudere facilmente per il trasporto nel mio zaino Lowepro 350AW.
Ho sentito delle triopo B-3 o B-2, delle Manfrotto 498 o 468, delle benro B-1 , attacco Arca Swiss!! Aiuto!! :-)
Per la spesa, beh, dato che sarà per il momento la mia attrezzatura, una soluzione dai 150 ai 200
Ringrazio chiunque mi possa dare una mano.. ma per me teste e treppiede è un mondo propio nuovo, quindi abbiate pazienza.
