Ci sono stato lo scorso anno e confermo la bellezza e l'interesse del posto.
Segnalo però che il tour per fotografi di una giornata (ti portano all'alba e ti riportano indietro la sera stessa) viene fatto solo se vi è un numero consistente di clienti. Lo scorsa metà di luglio : MAI.
L'unica alternativa è fare un viaggio in giornata : la permanenza sull'isola dura solo 2 ore e poi la barca riparte. Se siete esploratori...: tenda e stato brado.

Verissimo quello che dice Giuseppe. Il tour per fotografi è quasi sempre deserto...ma in genere sulle isole non c'è mai il pienone di turisti, fatto che ritengo strano vista la bellezza dei posti.
La sosta di due ore può sembrare lunga ma noi saremmo rimasti molto volentieri su Lunga ad esplorare ed osservare le migliaia di uccelli che vi nidificano.
Staffa è più spettacolare come scenario (Finnegan Cave e pilastri di basalto) ma non ci sono molti uccelli e la sosta è di solo un'ora ed è anche più affollata.
Se dovessi scegliere direi di preferire Lunga sulla quale è come se si finisse proiettati in un documentario della BBC con uccelli che sono ovunque.
Segnalo che si può anche prenotare privatamente la barca per costruirsi una gita su misura...ma i costi sono veramente importanti a meno di non essere un esercito per dividere le spese. Mentre c'è la possibilità di prenotare il tour early bird...che consiste in una partenza al mattino presto (7.45)
