Sosno stato anni fa nel kakadu quando ancora non ero appasionato di fotografia naturalistica ma ho ancora impresse nella mente scene uniche al mondo...meno male che mi è rimasto un filmato di un aquila di mare che si mangia un pezzo di barramundi enorme che un coccodrillo aveva appena fatto a brandelli. Che dire poi degli jabiru...uccelli spettacolari che si possono vedere nel continente downunder. Sicuramente questa meta non è porpio economicissima e di facile raggiungibilità ma oggi con 1.000 euro si trova un volo di andata e ritorno, poi una volta arrivati la ci si adatta.
per me il voto del kakadu national park e delle yellow water è 10 e lode. Sorriso

Uno dei posti più belli che abbia visitato in vita mia.
Le potenziali escursioni naturalistiche sono infinite ... attenzione ai pericoli rappresentati dai Crock!
La crocierà nelle Yallow Waters è assolutamente inarrivabile, peccato non aver avuto un bel tele per fotografare le numerose specie di uccelli presenti nella riserva. Le numerose e spettacolari cascate, i termitai giganti, l'arte rupestre e il vicino Lichfield National Park rendono la zona una delle più interessanti di tutta l'australia.
Tornerei anche domani.
Vivamente consigliato agli amanti della fauna e della flora acquatica, dell'arte rupestre, oltre che delle escuorsioni e dei paesaggi mozzafiato.
