About the thematically "Editor's Pick"

Is addressed to the community, as I have the following question:
Each time, ending the informal contest on the forum, I wonder what is the photo that was singled out as "Editor's Pick".
Specifically, how can I pick out each photo "winner" for the specific thematically, among the others that bear the same inscription?
Also I would suggest, on file with the previous themes, it is possible to seeing, what was the photo that also informally distinguished by the staff.

Juza	sent on October 29, 2013 (9:24) Hi Markos, sorry for the very late reply! The winner is always annouced in home page, but other than that it is not possible to distinguish it from other editor's pick; in future I'll try to improve this thing.

I also tried to find the winners in previous themes. Is it possible to put the winner as the first photo inside the theme so it would be easy to find it there after the theme has ended?
