Buonasera, mi trovo in una situazione assurda e non so come risolverla. Ho concluso una vendita su Subito.it tramite tuttosubito, l'acquirente paga Subito, io spedisco il pacco, arriva all'acquirente che da l'ok. Subito mi manda una mail dove dice che non è riuscito ad accreditare la somma (700 euro) per problema o errore iban. Sono dieci giorni che mando segnalazioni ma mi arrivano solo risposte di presa in carico o di aggiornare iban o PayPal nel mio profilo. Ho fatto decine e decine di tentativi con due pc e tre telefonini, sul sito web, mobile e app. Tutti sensa successo per errori. Qualcuno saprebbe suggerimenti un modo per contattare Subito dove ci sia qualcuno che legge quello che scrivo?
