Consiglio per testa treppiede Benro/Manfrotto

Buongiorno a tutti,in questi giorni stavo pensando di acquistare una testa nuova per il cavalletto,premetto che io utilizzo una d300s con battery grip,tokina 11-16 2.8 e al massimo del carico il nikon 300f4+ Tc1.7x;
Mi sono soffermato a guardare questa:

- Benro testa serie 3 way Head HD modello HD28
Con capacità di carico di 8kg, qualcuno di voi la conosce/la utilizza??

Oppure andando sul "classico" di testa a sfera ho visto queste due:

- Manfrotto 496RC2 o Manfrotto 494RC2.

Se qualcuno puo consigliarmi o dirmi la sua sulle seguenti teste ne sarei molto grato!
