problemi con il flash godox tt 685 ii

salve, da pochi giorni ho acquistato il flash godox tt 685 ii per la miasony a7 iii ed ho riscontrato un problema.
il problema è che impostando la macchina come diaframma 4,0 il flash funziona ma se mette il diaframma a 7-9-10-11 ed oltre il flash non funziona e vedo tutto nero.
qualcuno può dirmi in cosa sbaglio e se devo impostare il flash anche sulla macchina fotografica

Leggi il manuale di istruzioni della tua sony per l'uso col flash. Probabilmente devi impostare a priorità di diaframmi la fotocamera.

Sembra strano perché abbastanza potente, ma come descritto sembra che non ce la faccia a coprire la distanza a diaframmi chiusi. Hai provato ad alzare la sensibilità?

Non funziona perchè non lampeggia o perchè lampeggia ma non riesce ad illuminare la scena?
Se lampeggia e vedi tutto nero è perchè il lampo non riesce a coprire la distanza. Allora prova a dividere il NG del flash per la distanza del soggetto e imposta il quoziente come diaframma. se il soggetto è illuminato bene significa che il flash funziona. Naturalmente con flash a pieno lampo.
