Impossibilità a collegare la X-h2s per trasferire foto al cellulare ovvero al tablet

Una buona giornata.
Ha acquistato la X-H2s da qualche mese e sono pienamente soddisfatto. Ho altre due Fuji: la X-pro2 e la X-T2. Il salto di qualità si nota.

Purtroppo con la X-H2s non riesco ad effettuare il collegamento wi-fi e Bluetooth al cellulare: Galaxi A32.
Ho provato anche il collegamento ad un Redmi 9 e a un tablet Galaxy A8, niente da fare.
Cellulari e tablet con sistema operativo aggiornato e i programmi utilizzati per il tentativo di collegamento sono: Camera Remote e XApp di Fuji.

Qualcuno ha incontrato il mio stesso problema o sa fornire indicazioni su come fare?

Forse ho capito il perchè.
Nel video

Roberto informa che XApp di Fuji funziona solo per i file JPG e non per i Raw.
Io scatto unicamente in raw e quindi, forse, la mancanza dei file jpg, crea problemi all'applicativo.

Anche se mi sembra strano che l'accoppiamento della fotocamera sia con il wi-fi sia con il Bluetooth non avvenga per la mancanza di file jpg.

Domani farò una prova

Risolto.
I file, mostra solo i .jpg, non i raw.

Pensavo di aver già aggiornato il firmware della fotocamera, ma ero in errore.
Aggiornato il firmware, tutto ok.
