Problema stabilizzazione sony rx10 IV

buongiorno.
da qualche giorno ho un problema con la stabilizzazione di sony rx10 iv durante i video.
in sostanza durante i video la stabilizzazione ottica appena si zoomma in e out sfarfalla, dopo di che l'immagine/video di stabilizza e non da nessun problema, fin quando non si ferma lo zoom e appena lo si fa ripartire, di nuovo, perde la stabilizzazione sfarfallando.
si vede proprio un mosso molto fastidioso.

preciso che ogni video viene fatto su cavalletto (gitzo) molto stabile.

qualcuno ha riscontrato il mio stesso problema?
cosa potrebbe essere?
