Buongiorno.
Se i settaggi nel menu, i selettori della macchina e dell'ottica sono su AF, con ogni probabilita' l'ottica ha un problema.
Sicuramente non dipende dall'accoppiata corpo ottica.

Controlla che non hai inavvertitamente disattivato l'af nel menù. Nel caso che non ne vieni a capo, prova un reset del menù. Ciao

Sì, puoi verificare sia sul cursore dell'obiettivo, se inavvertitamente hai impostato MF anzichè ghiera funzioni personalizzabile, sia nei menù della fotocamera, come indicato da chi mi ha preceduto.
Vista la tua galleria, peraltro, sono portato a ritenere che tu conosca benissimo il funzionamento delle fotocamere che usi.
Per quanto mi riguarda, ti confermo che lo RF16/2,8 funziona perfettamente in AF sulle mie R5 ed R7.
