XT1 riquadro del tasto Q anomalia

Da qualche giorno nella mia XT1, nel quadro che appare premendo il tasto Q, appare due volte la voce tono ombre e non appare quella relativa a alte luci.
Ho provato a smanettare, ma senza esito. Qualcuno sa come ovviare all'inconveniente?

A fotocamera accesa tieni premuto a lungo il pulsante Q. Si aprirà una schermata simile al menù Q. Spostati sopra alla voce che vuoi modificatre e premi OK. Entri in un menù dove ci sono tutte le voci del menù Q e selezioni tono alte luci. Premi OK per uscire e memorizzare.

Funziona! Grazie mille davvero, non sapevo come fare... nel manuale non avevo trovato nulla, o forse io non avevo guardato con attenzione.
