Problema artefatto banding sony a7iii

Salve a tutti, ho notato un problema alcune volte fin troppo evidente sul sensore della sony a7iii. Ho scattato una foto così, senza molte pretese con camera appoggiata sullo zaino a delle stelle e aumentando l'esposizione in camera raw compaiono degli artefatti orribili.
Gli iso sono al minimo 200.
