lumix 45-175 problemi stabilizzazione su lumix G9

Buonasera a tutti voi, ho acquistato l'obiettivo panasonic 45-175 prevalentemente per girare video, mi pare una buona ottica, leggero e buono pure l'autofocus, l'unica cosa che mi sembra un pò scarsa è la stabilizzazione, paragonato al 100-300ii.
Chiedo cortesemente a chi lo possiede quali impostazioni posso mettere sulla lumix G9 per migliorare, faccio presente che detto obiettivo mi è arrivato con l'aggiornamento 1.3, oppure è un suo limite?
