zoom/tele economico per escursioni in MTB

Ragazzi voglio portarmi dietro la G9 in Mountain bike (praticamente passeggiate in campagna/collina niente di ostico), ho già un 7.5mm Samyang fisso nello zaino MrGreen

, e mi serve un tele/zoom con peso massimo sul mezzo chilo, ma d o la priorità alla "qualità" e nitidezza e possibilità di usarlo in close up... quindi stavo pensando a uno di questi due

Panasonic X 40-175mm
Panasonic Lumix G 100-300mm f/4-5.6 II OIS

Consigli?

Sono due cose diverse: il 45/175 è piccolo e compatto adatto ad un uso “normale” (equivale ad un 80/350) l'altro è molto più tele 100/300 (eq. a 200/600) e ha un uso più specifico

lo userei per paesaggistica/naturalistica durante le escursioni in bici... diciamo la focale che mi interessa è tra i 200-400mm equivalenti, ovviamente i mm in più mi farebbero sempre comodo...

A questo punto se la tua scelta è in funzione della trasportabilità e del costo decisamente 45/175.
Se in base alla lunghezza focale (a costo maggiore) il 100/300. La qualità è simile nessuno dei due è scarso nè eccelle si tratta di ottiche buone, normali
