Problema testa Benro B0

Buonasera a tutti,
da qualche giorno mi sono accorto di avere un problema con la testa in oggetto; in pratica la testa, una volta avvitata al treppiede ha un movimento di basculamento.
Ho proceduto a svitare le 4 viti e separare la base della testa dal resto

A questo punto sono riuscito ad individuare la causa del movimento che risiede in un gioco tra la base nera e quella grigia

Sapete aiutarmi per capire come fare a separarle tra di loro e capire se vi sia quale vite allentata da stringere? Perchè non riesco a trovare un piano di clivaggio per separarle e non ci sono ulteriori viti da svitare
