Qualcuno potrebbe suggerirmi un buon caricabatterie per la mia a7III, trovo troppo scomodo il cavetto direttamente collegato alla camera. Grazie a chi vorrà aiutarmi.

mi raccomando per le batterie (se dovessi prenderle):
3^ serie, altrimenti il corpo potrebbe non riconoscerle.

Non è male anche il Nitecore USN4 PRO, lo puoi usare per caricare 2 batterie Sony NP-FZ100 contemporaneamente
sia col caricatore in dotazione con la fotocamera che con un qualsiasi caricatore per smatphone anche con tecnologia Quick Charge.
Io lo trovo comodo soprattutto quando vado in vacanza Cool, visto che il caricatore dello smartphone comunque lo devo portare.

Se vuoi puoi caricarne una sola MrGreen, io ho il battery grip e mi fa comodo caricarle contemporaneamente.
Prima di natale l'avevo pagato 36 euro, ma anche a 44 è conveniente, visto che comunque per l'originale ce ne vogliono circa 100.
Con il Baxxtar con 15 euro ( best value ) ne puoi caricare sempre due.
Fate la vostra scelta, io vi ho raccontato la mia.

Di Sony esiste anche il caricabatteria professionale Sony NPA-MQZ1K, che carica 4 batterie per volta e costa la bellezza di 397 euro!

In realtà a me basterebbe un caricabatterie per una sola batteria, trovo il cavetto collegato alla fotocamera estremamente scomodo

ma il Patona si può collegare a una presa elettrica? oppure è necessario un powerbank?

Genot, qualsiasi caricabatteria puoi collegarlo alla presa elettrica : se ha ingresso micro-usb o usb-c tramite alimentatore (quello dello smartphone va benone)
Poi ce ne sono con la spina da collegare direttamente alla presa del 220V.
e qualche versione ha persino la spina per l'accendisigari dell'auto.
