x-t20 ed iso 100

Salve a tutti,
qualcuno potrebbe darmi spiegazioni sugli ISO 100 (L) nella x-t20?
Avevo letto da qualche parte che si poteva impostare solo scattando in jpeg, ma nel manuale non ho trovato niente a riguardo.
Da altre parti avevo letto che invece di impostare gli ISO 100 in macchina conveniva scattare a 200 e poi sottoesporre in post produzione (scattando in RAW).
Leggendo il manuale ho trovato questo trafiletto

“ Scegliere per circostanze speciali. Si noti che la macchiettatura potrebbe apparire in foto scattate a H, mentre a L riduce la gamma dinamica. „

Mi interesserebbe nel caso di lunghe esposizioni, ma vorrei capire prima bene cosa significa impostare ISO 100 L nella x-t20.

Gli iso 200 sono quelli nativi (almeno per la mia XT2 e la XT20) e perciò quelli da utilizzare (se possibile) per la miglior resa come basso rumore e miglior gamma dinamica. Se si seleziona "L" dove L stà per 100 iso (o gli iso inferiori a 200 associati ad L) si può scattare solo in jpeg. Se si imposta la fotocamera in RAW o RAW+jpeg (e non solo in jpeg ) e gli iso in "L" la fotocamera "imposterà forzatamente" gli iso a 200 (visibili in giallo nel mirino). Stessa cosa per l'impostazione "H" per gli alti iso.
