Ghiera che si blocca di un Canon EF 18-55 IS II

Salve a tutti
Ho preso per una cifra irrisoria una Canon 1100D con un obbiettivo 18-55 IS II , la macchina veniva data non funzionante e quindi dava anche l'obbiettivo e un filtro , non si accendeva e a me interessava l'obbiettivo perchè io ho un EF 18-55 II , avendo un po di competenze nella riparazione di apparecchieture elettroniche , alla fine sono riuscito a sistemare e a farla riaccendere e di nuovo funzionante , per quando riguarda l'obbiettivo, lo smontato e pulito, dall'inizio aveva questo comportamento , ruotandolo la ghiera sul valore di 18 e come se si bloccasse, e poi sblocca, diciamo che non lo fa sempre e non è fluido. Dopo avelo pulito ho usato del grasso per meccanica, ma usato con molta parsimonia e messo nelle guide del cursore, infatti il moviemnto è più fluido ma è rimasto quell'inconveniente che ogni tanto e come se si bloccasse sul valore di 18
Ho notato che il cursore interno dove è montato il gruppo ottico con il diaframma e stabilizzatore , ha 3 guide con l'estremità una rondella eccentrica bloccata con una vite , questa rondella scorre nella nella scanalatura elicoidale del barilotto, volevo chiedere se qualcuno ha avuto lo stesso problema e come lo ha risolto , se nel caso regolando quelle tre rondelle eccentriche il movimento della ghiera e più fluido e non si blocca.
