Istogramma Valutazione Esposizione di Capture One (20)

Chiedo lumi per ciò che riguarda l'istogramma in Capture One 20 per Fuji (ma immagino valga per tutti ) denominato “Valutazione Esposizione”. Questi è l'istogramma del file RAW con l'aggiunta della Curva di Tonalità che è selezionata in Colore > Caratteristiche di Base > Curva > [Auto] dove Auto e l'impostazione della simulazione film impostata per il JPEG che nel mio caso è Fujifilm Provia Standard ? Se al posto di “Auto” seleziono “Risposta Lineare” elimino/appiattisco la Curva e mi ritrovo con l'istogramma RAW “reale”? Poi: il cursore (la piccola barra verticale con i 2 puntini bianchi) che si trova sulla linea grigio-verde-rossa (-2 -1 0 1 2) solitamente (nel mio caso) quasi mai al centro e che nel caso della curva “Risposta Lineare” si sposta verso il meno (-1) indica lo scostamento della “giusta esposizione” o cosa? Grazie.
