Photoshop cc 2021 neural filter

Salve a tutti,
Ho di recente installato la versione più recente di Photoshop cc su un iMAC di ultima generazione.
Il programma funziona bene tranne che per una delle ultime novità introdotte : il neural filter.
In particolare quello per pelle liscia che non riesce ad attivarsi e blocca il MAC che dopo poco si riavvia in automatico senza darmi la possibilità di postprodurre con quella funzione.
Spero che qualcuno mi possa indicare una verifica da fare o una soluzione.

ciao luciano ...
dopo 5 gg di litigate con la adobe ... (mi hanno anche remotato il computer per vedere loro il perche e il percome non funzonassero ... ) ... siamo arrivati alla soluzione ... : il filtro si attiva solo se ha ... un volto che "trova" lui nella foto ... quando lo da .. decide lui dove intervenire ...

bocciato ... è una "cagata" pazzesca !... questo è il motivo per cui a me non si attivavano i filtri ... quindi se vuoi usare pelle liscia per esempio su un body non lo fa ... perche interviene lui solo sula faccia !no face no start !
