Buon sabato a tutti!

Sono in cerca di consigli.. dopo un periodo di utilizzo piuttosto intenso della sony a7III, ho iniziato ad avere l'impressione che qualcosa non va.
- Messa a fuoco poco precisa e con AFC che funziona solo in modalità video
- lo strano presentimento che foto e video siano sempre poco nitidi anche a 100 iso, come se ci fosse una patina. (Sensore?)

Vorrei fargli fare una revisione approfondita.. sapete consigliarmi dove andare nelle zone di Milano o Bassano del Grappa?

Faresti prima ad aggiornare il firmware e a ripristinare le impostazioni di fabbrica lato messa a fuoco.
La nitidezza dipende dalla lente che ci metti davanti. Se metti uno zoom economico rispetto un fisso ovvio che vedrai poca nitidezza. Se il sensore è sporco vedi solo macchie ai diaframmi chiusi.
Comunque l'assistenza ufficiale Sony Italia è Audiovideoverona a Verona.

Il firmware è aggiornato e ho già provato a fare il ripristino..

Purtroppo il problema ce l'ho anche su ottiche fisse buone, per questo pensavo potesse essere legato a qualche problema del sensore. Comunque grazie mille per l'indicazione!

Oltre ai problemi che ho elencato c'è anche l'uscita audio che a volte funziona e altre no, quindi mi sa che un occhiata la devo far dare!

Pensavo che avessi solo il 24-240.
L'assistenza Sony a Verona dicono che sia ottima!
Volendo so che mandano anche il corriere a casa.

Ahaha anche se lo uso molto per comodità quando sono in giro sono consapevole che è un fondo di bottiglia
